The project is located north of Dongbin Road, Nanshan Street, Nanshan District. Parcel No.: T103-0121, obtained the "Construction Project Planning Permit" in March 2021 (Shenzhen Planning Resources Jian Xu Zi No. NG-2021-0002), and obtained the "Construction Project Design Document Modification Filing Certificate" in May 2021 (Shenzhen Planning Resources Equipment [NG202100129]).
Modified contents of general drawing:

According to the "Shenzhen Urban Planning Regulations", authorized by the Shenzhen Municipal Urban Planning Commission, the 12th Director's Office Meeting of the Dapeng Administration of Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau in 2022 approved the statutory plans of DY08 and DY09 Units planning adjustments.

13 Revision of General Plan of Coastal Yuefu, Xin 'an Street, Bao 'an District
The "Haian Yuefu" project (parcel number: A006-0938) developed by Shenzhen Baoan Talent Housing Co., Ltd. is located at the intersection of Xin 'an 1st Road and Fanfu Road in Xin 'an Street. The construction land area is 18985.4 square meters, the plot ratio is 6.0, and the nature of the land is Class II residential land. The project obtained the Construction Project Planning Permit in August 2021 (Deep Planning Resources Jian Xu Zi No. BG-2021-0006).
The originally approved land area for demolition of the (I) urban renewal unit in Tantou District, Songgang Street 107 Development Belt, Bao 'an District, is 344117.9 square meters (344116 square meters in national geodetic coordinates in 2000), which was included in the "Second Batch Plan of Urban Renewal Unit in Bao 'an District, Shenzhen City in 2019" on March 13, 2019.
The project is located in Songgang Street, Bao'an District, and has been included in the first batch of plans (draft) for urban renewal units in Bao'an District, Shenzhen in 2022. The land area to be demolished is 697946 square meters, and no less than 170381 square meters of public interest land (including protective green belts, urban roads, public green spaces, educational facilities, cultural and sports facilities, etc.) shall be implemented within the scope of the land to be demolished and rebuilt.
