On August 28, the preliminary competition of the sixth national real estate appraisal skills competition for college students majoring in land resources management was successfully held. The National Real Estate Appraisal Skills Competition for College Students Majoring in Land Resources Management is a national competition that focuses on the practical skills of real estate appraisal and writes appraisal reports through in-depth analysis of appraisal objects.

On August 30, Qiu Zhenshan, deputy general manager of our technology center, was an expert.Invited to participate in the online salon live broadcast of the competition, and shared with the participating students on the theme of "Forest Resources Asset Assessment Procedure.

Qiu Zhenshan, an asset appraisal expert of Shipeng Group, shared and explained the "Forest Resource Asset Appraisal Procedure" from eight aspects: clarifying the basic matters of appraisal, drawing up the appraisal work plan, collecting the information needed for appraisal, field survey, selecting the appraisal method and calculating the price.

After the sharing, the online participating students actively asked the experts questions about real estate estimation. Qiu Zhenshan and the experts answered and analyzed the questions provided by the students one by one.
