 01Dongguan "Three Old" Reconstruction Demolition Compensation Cost Accounting Interim Guidelines for Public Comments

On August 15, the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources issued the "Interim Guidelines for the Accounting of Compensation Costs for the" Three Older "Reconstruction and Demolition in Dongguan (Draft for Public Comment)" for public comments.

On August 15, the National Bureau of Statistics released the "July 2022 70 large and medium-sized cities commercial residential sales price changes."

According to the interpretation of Sheng Guoqing, chief statistician of the City Department of the National Bureau of Statistics, in July 2022, the number of cities with a decline in the sales price of commercial housing in 70 large and medium-sized cities increased slightly. The sales price of commercial housing in first-tier cities rose slightly from the previous month, and the year-on-year increase fell. The second-and third-tier cities showed an overall downward trend and the year-on-year decline expanded.

 01Planning Modification of Urban Renewal Unit of Liguang Old Village, Guanlan Street, Longhua District

Specific amendments are as follows:

The (I) application included 436.9 square meters of sporadic land, the area of land for development and construction was adjusted from 42453 square meters to 39584 square meters (including 436.9 square meters of sporadic land sold), and the planned volume was adjusted from 158000 square meters to 157941 square meters, of which residential was adjusted from 139000 square meters to 138944 square meters, commercial was adjusted from 5700 square meters to 5697 square meters, and the rest indicators remained unchanged. That is, 59 square meters of planned volume will be reduced from the original planning revision plan, of which 56 square meters are residential and 3 square meters are commercial.

 03Longgang District [Nanlian District] Statutory Plan 02-06 Plot Planning Adjustment

Planning adjustment:

It is proposed to divide the original 02-06 plot into 02-06-01 and 02-06-02 plots, of which the land nature of 02-06-01 plot is ordinary industrial land, with a land area of 8617 square meters, a floor area ratio of 4.34, and no supporting facilities. The remark is "planning"; The nature of the 02-06-02 plot is ordinary industrial land with a land area of 1292 square meters, and the remark is "status quo reserved".

 

 04Special Plan for Reconstruction of Tianxin Village in Luohu District (Revised)

 05Change of "Construction Land Planning Permit" for Huashi Inspection Building, Xin 'an Street, Bao 'an District

 07Planning of Urban Renewal Unit in Shilian Community, Henggang Street, Longgang District (Draft)

Adjustments to approved plans:

(I) to adjust the removal range

This plan adjusts the demolition scope due to the conversion of the 2000 national geodetic coordinate system, the overall planning of public interests and the transfer of overlapping scope with the state-owned transferred parcels. The land area of the demolition scope is adjusted from 262273 square meters to 267257.6 square meters.
