On August 11, the Longhua District Urban Renewal and Land Preparation Bureau issued a public announcement to solicit opinions on the "Shenzhen Longhua District Urban Renewal Implementation Measures (Revised Draft for Comment).

This revision has appropriately adjusted the original structure of the "Implementation Measures" and streamlined the contents. It is divided into 9 chapters and 57 articles, including general provisions, urban renewal unit plan approval, land information verification and historical land disposal, urban renewal unit planning approval, implementation subject confirmation, land transfer and construction land approval, construction application and acceptance, project supervision, and supplementary provisions.
