A few days ago, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources, in accordance with the spirit of a series of documents such as "opinions on the Development and growth of Strategic emerging Industrial clusters and the cultivation and Development of Future Industries", carried out the compilation of "Shenzhen Zhanxin and Future Industrial Spatial layout Planning and 20 Advanced Manufacturing Parks Space guarantee guidelines.

 01Supply 195 hectares, homestead 120 hectares! Shenzhen 2022's Old Reform and Soil Reintegration Plan Coming

On August 1, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources issued the "Shenzhen Urban Renewal and Land Preparation Plan 2022" (hereinafter referred to as the plan).

According to the plan, Shenzhen will complete a total of 320.07 hectares of urban renewal land supply in 2021, with a target completion rate of 106.7. Shenzhen plans to complete 1011 hectares of land preparation and actually completed 1880.05 hectares of land preparation, with a target completion rate of 186.0.

In 2021, Shenzhen will complete 193.79 hectares of direct land supply through urban renewal and land preparation, with a target completion rate of 107.7. Among them, 123.97 hectares of residential land have been directly supplied, with a target completion rate of 112.7.
