 15 Local Planning Adjustment of Statutory Plans of Pingshan District [Kengzi Longtian-Gravel Area] and [Shatin Area]

Planning adjustment:

The (I) plans to adjust the functions of gravel road and Huansha road in the legal plans of [Kengzi Longtian-Shashi area] and [Sha Tin area] to be laid along the space under the Shenzhen-Shantou West Expressway Bridge and the land on both sides. After adjustment, both sides are one-way 3 lanes, the whole line is two-way 6 lanes, the road grade is urban trunk road, and the design driving speed is 60 km/h.

Among them, the Shenzhen-Shantou West Expressway of Danzi North Road-Jinlian Section (1.46km in length) adopts a two-column bridge scheme. After adjustment, the Huansha Road in this section is arranged along both sides of the bridge pile foundation structure, with a red line width of 60 m and two-way 6 lanes. The Shenzhen-Shantou West Expressway of Jinlian Road-Jinhui Section (0.78km in length) is laid in the form of subgrade, after adjustment, 3 meters of space is reserved at the outer edge of the ring sand road and expressway ramp structure in this section, and the two-way 6-lane section is used. As the subgrade section of Shenzhen-Shantou West Expressway is provided with transition section, the road width is 42-66 meters. After roads under bridges are provided on both sides, the overall road red line width is 83.5-107.5 meters.

This adjustment of the (II) involves the planning adjustment of 3 plots in statutory plans 08-11, 08-17-01 and 09-25 in [Kengzi Longtian-Gravel Area] and 5 plots in [Sha Tin Area] 01-05, 01-05-01, 01-05-02, 01-06 and 02-01. See the attached drawing for the specific adjustment information.
