On the afternoon of November 11, 2022, Shao Lifang, Assistant President and General Manager of Business Center of Shipeng Group, was invited to Shenzhen Huaqiang Bay Area Holding Development Co., Ltd. to conduct special training on "Analysis of the Whole Process of Collective Asset Disposal". Xu Jun, Deputy General Manager of Huaqiang Bay Area Holding, and leaders and colleagues of relevant functional departments attended.

At the meeting, Mr. Shao took the revitalization of Shenzhen's stock land as the background, focusing on the two main points of collective asset evaluation and the whole process of collective asset disposal, and analyzed the operation points of Shenzhen's collective asset transaction in detail in combination with the relevant cases of Shipeng evaluation.
