The National Bureau of Statistics released the "September 2022 70 large and medium-sized cities commercial residential sales price changes."
According to the interpretation of Sheng Guoqing, chief statistician of the city Department of the National Bureau of statistics, in September 2022, the sales price of commercial residential buildings in 70 large and medium-sized cities decreased, and the sales price of commercial residential buildings in all tier cities decreased or remained flat on a month on month basis.
